UK wedding planner, Elsie Ofulue of Events on Wheels hosted an exclusive intimate event tagged ‘The Planners Clinic’. The event was borne out of the need to bridge the gap between experienced planners and industry entrants helping them discover the secrets to dealing with real issues faced by planners.
This intimate event, which held on Saturday, the 2nd of March, 2019 at The Hatton Gardens in London, was structured as a boardroom session and was attended by startup wedding planners from the UK and Ireland.
The event kicked off with a roundtable introduction where attendees spoke on their businesses and visions. Evidential business cases were tabled and attendees had the opportunity to dissect and offer solutions as to how they would tackle these real-life scenarios. There was also ample opportunity for attendees to table their cases and for Elsie to draw on her wealth of experience to offer practical solutions. Myths about event planning were demystified and quick wins on the job were provided to attendees.
At the end of the very engaging event, the participants left with well-boosted confidence, strategies, and knowledge to handle issues with solutions at their fingertips.

The Planners Clinic is here to stay as an educational platform for budding planners, who are looking to break into the industry.
