This all-black wedding shoot caught our attention on social media this week. We’ve written about black wedding outfits in our wedding trends reports for a while now so seeing this shoot got us very excited.
We reached out to Harties Makeovers, the makeup artist who created the bridal looks for the shoot and she shared that the shoot was “inspired by a quest to give new directions to intending couples who are willing to get married to do things out of the ordinary. And that was why we chose the colour black as the new colour of love. We chose the settings and a nighttime shoot to have a completely different feel and ambiance. At night, it can feel like the whole earth is listening to you; the quietness of the night makes you focus and when you look into the skies, it feels like you’re in Eden – so natural”.
