The emergence of Maryam Salam as the next face of Black Opal Nigeria, allowed her the opportunity to star in the next Black Opal Nigeria campaign alongside Powede Lawrence (MBGN Tourism 2013) and LFDW model, Nnenna Okoli.
The campaign is targeted at the ideal Nigerian bride with the aim to achieve a natural but flawless look for what is to be the happiest day of her life. Black Opal Nigeria aims to understand the meaning of beauty through the eyes of the average Nigerian and to address each beauty concern through its vast makeup and skincare range.
To achieve an effortless look, the Black Opal True Colour creme stick foundation, a staple in every makeup artist’s kit was used. The Black Opal Deluxe Finishing Powder which is a hypoallergenic, translucent loose powder that has been formulated in shades that complements all skin tones sets makeup to a beautiful, silky finish. The transfer resistant Black Opal colour splurge eye shadow duo was used to create a silky smooth finish. The colour splurge luxe matte lipstick hydrates whilst providing a long lasting and flawless finish.
